Green Trees & Legalese is here for an audience desiring a better understanding of environmental law and policy as it relates to the energy sector, administrative agencies and their actions, land use planning, renewable resources and green house gas emissions, and other relevant areas of law.  This blog strives to provide clear analysis and insight into government actions, policies, and legal decisions that can have both positive and adverse affects on our environment, whether intended or unintended.  

With this blog, I hope to fill a unique position on the blogosphere for an unsponsored, and often uninhibited view, of environmental law.  

Green Trees & Legalese will cover U.S. Supreme Court decisions, regulatory and administrative action, government politics and elections, and other tops relevant to environmental law practice.
